Blueprints can be used to unlock crafting recipes for the corresponding Items in the Smart Workshop. Can be obtained through investigation and exploration. Item Effect: When used, transforms into a phantom of Unfathomable, dealing DMG equal to 100%/50%/20% of Max HP to Normal/Elite/Boss enemies respectively; when hitting an enemy afflicted with any Anomaly, triggers one instance of [Polarity Disorder], dealing 100% of the original [Disorder] DMG.
