Blueprints can be used to unlock Item crafting at the Smart Workshop. They can be obtained through Investigative Exploration or purchased from Boojee's Store - Blueprint Direct Sales. Item Effect: Etheric Phantom: Scorpse deals 50% more DMG to enemies. When another squad member uses an [Ultimate], Norma immediately gains 100% [Preheated Chamber]. This can be triggered once every 40s. When any Agent uses a [Chain Attack], that Agent's Decibel Generation Rate increases by 25% for 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.
