Item Effect: When equipped, this item grants three Alter Skills: Perfect Block, Phase Dash, and Powerful Slash. [Powerful Slash Enhancement] Enhancement I: When Powerful Slash is used against an elite or boss enemy, it has a 75% chance to trigger Totalize even if they aren't behind the enemy, dealing 50% additional DMG. Enhancement II: Perfect Block increases Daze buildup against normal/elite/boss enemies by 100%/50%/25%, respectively.
