They can be obtained through Investigation and Exploration or purchased from Boojee's Store - Blueprint Direct Sales. Item Effect: Anomaly Proficiency increases by 40; When an Agent triggers Attribute Anomaly or Disorder, all squad Agents' Attribute Anomaly and Disorder DMG increases by 10%, and ignores 5% All-Attribute RES for 10. This effect can stack up to 3 times, and repeated triggers refresh the duration.
