Blueprints can be used to unlock crafting recipes for the corresponding items at the Smart Workshop. They can be obtained through investigation and exploration, or purchased directly from Boojee's Store - Blueprints. Item Effect: Decibel Generation Rate increased by 20%; when an Agent triggers a [Defensive Assist], the whole squad restores 2 Energy, and enemy DEF is reduced by 20% for 10 seconds. Repeated triggers refresh the duration.
