Blueprints can be used to unlock the crafting of corresponding Items at the Smart Workshop. They can be obtained through Investigation & Exploration or purchased from Boojee's Store - Blueprint Direct Sales. Item Effect: Sheer DMG increases by 20%; after the Agent uses their [Ultimate], CRIT Rate increases by 25% and CRIT DMG increases by 50% for 10s; repeated triggers reset the duration.
