This blueprint can be used to unlock the crafting of Hoshimi Miyabi's exclusive Tactical Prism at the Smart Workshop. It can be obtained through Investigation and Exploration or purchased from Boojee's Store - Blueprint Direct Sale. Item Effect: After Hoshimi Miyabi executes a Powerful Slash on an enemy, she immediately restores 1 Fallen Frost point. Enemies afflicted with Icefire take Frost DMG equal to 260% of Hoshimi Miyabi's ATK per second. Upon triggering Frostburn - Break, Hoshimi Miyabi can bypass the restrictions of Frostburn and immediately reapply Icefire to enemies.
