When Roaming, Ellen gains 2 Flash Freeze Charge and Quick Charge every 0.5 sec. When Ellen hits an enemy with Swift Scissors or Charged Scissor Strike during Dash Attack: Arctic Ambush, she leaves an Icy Mist on the ground, which deals Ice DMG over time to enemies and reduces their Ice RES by 30% for 10s. Ellen's Anti-Interrupt level increases and she gains 50% DMG reduction while in the Icy Mist. This effect continues for 5s after leaving the Icy Mist.
