[Phase Dash Enhancement] Enhancement I: If the target has an enhanced Cacophony Shield, the Shield is reduced by an additional 100%/50%/30% for normal/elite/boss enemies, respectively. Powerful Slash increases Daze buildup against normal/elite/boss enemies that have not entered combat by an additional 100%/50%/25%, respectively. Enhancement II: Defeating a boss enemy restores 1 use of Blade of the Other.
