When Lighter's Basic Attack: L-Form Thundering Fist hits an enemy, he gains one stack of Inspire (max one stack every 0.5s, up to 20 stacks). If he is launched, he loses 50% of his Inspire stacks. Each remaining stack increases Lighter's Daze dealt by 5%. Hold the dodge button to activate Provoke. While active, taking damage triggers Perfect Assist, increasing Lighter's CRIT DMG by 15% for 20s.
