Specialized Blade of the Other: Powerslash

When equipped, this item grants three Alter Skills: Perfect Block, Phase Dash, and Powerful Slash. [Powerful Slash Enhancement] Enhancement I: When Powerful Slash is used against an elite or boss enemy, it has a 35% chance to trigger Totalize even if you are not behind the target, dealing 50% additional DMG. Enhancement II: Perfect Block increases Daze buildup against normal/elite/boss enemies by 100%/50%/25%, respectively. Against enemies at Lv. 60 or higher, Powerful Slash deals 50% less DMG.
