Specialized Blade of the Other: Rush

When equipped, this item grants three Alter Skills: Perfect Block, Phase Dash, and Powerful Slash. [Phase Dash Enhancement] Enhancement I: If the target has an enhanced Cacophony Shield, the Shield is reduced by an additional 100%/50%/30% for normal/elite/boss enemies, respectively. Powerful Slash increases Daze buildup against normal/elite/boss enemies that have not entered combat by an additional 100%/30%/15%, respectively. Enhancement II: Defeating a boss enemy restores 1 use of Blade of the Other. Against enemies at Lv. 60 or higher, Powerful Slash deals 50% less DMG.
