Reduces the number of attacks required to trigger Cat's Gaze, and when an enemy is afflicted with Cat's Gaze, their Anomaly Buildup Rate is increased by 20% for 10s. When Cat's Gaze hits a target afflicted with Ether Anomaly, Electric Attribute Anomaly, Fire Attribute Anomaly, Physical Attribute Anomaly, or Ice Attribute Anomaly, it also triggers one instance of Abloom: applies one additional instance of Attribute Anomaly DMG equal to 370%/192%/480%/30%/48% of original Attribute Anomaly DMG.
