C Tier TierSkia Build Guide
Skia is a Lakshana frontline DPS built for long fights, where he can get the most out of Fang Thrust. His problem is that Fang Thrust is clunky and inconsistent — he needs to keep it applied on an enemy, and he often loses it when he swaps off to restart the team's rotation. That lands him in C-tier, since other DPS units hold consistent rotations far more easily.
Strengths
- Excels in extended fights where Fang Thrust can stay applied and stacked.
- Shadow Hound Chase turns his Basic Attacks into a strong sustained damage source.
- Self-amplifies his damage — his Ultimate increases Lakshana DMG done to Fang Thrust targets.
- Has built-in Remora synergy and benefits from both Cosmos and Psyche teammates.
Weaknesses
- Fang Thrust is clunky and inconsistent, and often drops when he swaps out to restart rotations.
- Heavy field-time demands make his rotation harder to keep consistent than other DPS units.
- Loses value quickly if the team cannot apply Remora or Stain to keep his buffs running.
Best Arcs
Ghostly Kite: Increases ATK by 10% and Lakshana DMG to targets affected by Remora and Stain by 10% for 15s after the wearer casts a Redirect Skill. Effect does not stack.
Spider Knowledge Collector: Grants the wearer 1 stack of Spider Knowledge when dealing damage with Basic Attacks, up to 8 stacks (max 1 stack every 0.5s). All stacks are consumed when casting Ultimate, increasing the whole team's ATK by 1% for 10s per stack consumed, plus an additional 2% ATK when 8 stacks are consumed.
Best Cartridge
Epic (2): Lakshana DMG +10%. Legendary (4): Increases CRIT Rate by 14%. When a teammate triggers Remora or Stain, the bonus is increased for 20s.
Best Main Stat: CRIT Rate/DMG or Lakshana DMG Bonus
- Because of Skia's ATK% Bonus Module, CRIT Rate is usually the most comfortable main stat, with CRIT DMG a close second depending on substats and weapon.
- If CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG are already in a good spot, Lakshana DMG Bonus gains value as a direct damage increase.

Best Teams
Skia takes the Main DPS slot in a Remora/Stain team so he can get full value from Shadow Hound Chase and Fang Thrust. Esper Zero triggers Remora, Sakiri handles the buffs, and Fadia provides damage mitigation while enabling Stain.

Alternatives
Open with Fadia's Skill, then Sakiri's Hold Skill and Ultimate, then Esper Zero's Skill and Ultimate.
Swap to Skia to trigger Remora, land Basic Attacks to apply Fang Thrust, then use Skia's Skill and Ultimate before continuing Basic Attacks until Shadow Hound Gnaw expires.
- The full rotation provides roughly 5-7 seconds of uptime where Skia deals enhanced damage.
- Most team damage comes from Skia's enhanced Normal Attacks while buffed by Sakiri, Remora triggers, and his own Skill and Ultimate.

The Pack (Ultimate)
Level third; used mainly for its Fang Thrust damage boost, either at the start of the rotation or as a burst finisher at the end.
Arrest Warrant (Support Skill)
Provides bonus Lakshana DMG.
Shadow Hound Chase (Skill)
Level second; its passive attacks at intervals make it Skia's secondary damage source.
Arresting Art (Basic Attack)
Max first — most of Skia's damage comes from the consistency and frequency of his Basic Attacks.
Awakening Priority
Unbothered Appearance
Increases DMG against opponents affected by Fang Thrust while Skia is in Shadow Hound Chase. Get this first for the most uptime across his rotations.
Resolution
Increases damage to targets in the Tailed state and extends Tailed by another 6 seconds, providing up to 40% bonus DMG against those targets.
Solution
Another direct DMG increase to Fang Thrust targets, further amplified when only one enemy is on the field — great for shredding bosses.
Law and Order
In Shadow Hound Chase, increases CRIT Chance and, more importantly, raises Interruption Resistance by 50%, which is highly valued on an extended on-field character.
Process of Elimination
Grants bonus DMG to the auto-damage instances from Fang Thrust. Useful to pick up once the rest of the build is already set.
Social Contract
Increases enemy hitboxes and slows them, making targets easier for Skia to connect with.
How to Play
Skia is a Lakshana on-field DPS who wants to enter the rotation last: apply Fang Thrust with a few Basic Attacks, then chain his Skill and Ultimate to boost Fang Thrust damage and enter Shadow Hound Chase for an empowered Basic Attack window.
Rotations

Tips
- Have your supports start their rotation well before Skia — he should ideally be the last one in and take up the most field time.
- Strike opponents just enough to trigger Fang Thrust, then immediately use Skill and Ultimate consecutively to boost Fang Thrust DMG and enter Shadow Hound Chase.
- The combat rotation should last around 5-10 seconds; swap off shortly after his Skill duration ends.
- His Ultimate increases Lakshana DMG dealt to Fang Thrust targets by 10%, so it effectively self-buffs before your real DPS window.
- Fang Thrust has a specific interaction with Remora: it adds another Remora instance when Skia locks onto a target that already has Remora applied.
- Shadow Hound Chase lets Skia stealth undetected while he does not attack, which is useful for traversing enemy territory and getting the jump on opponents.
