Explanations
Survival Tier: Iroi is a dedicated healer and buffer. Her Ultimate and Basic Attacks provide substantial ATK buffs and teamwide healing, keeping the team healthy and empowered. Her kit also allows her to act as a sub-DPS, applying a DoT zone that hinders enemies.
Damage Tier: Shinku is a main-field DPS specializing in heavy bursts. Her enhanced state boosts all attacks, and her close-ranged playstyle pressures groups of enemies.
Damage Tier: Chaos is a main DPS with consistent Lakshana damage and occasional large bursts from his empowered Basic Attack and Remora Enhancement. His skill marks enemies, increasing damage taken from him. Simple and effective.
Damage Tier: Lacrimosa is a main DPS who applies continuous DoT for high damage. She can copy enemy attacks to adapt her kit and switch freely between melee and ranged modes for flexibility.
Damage Tier: Hotori is a great sub-DPS. Her Skill records team Skills and Esper Cycles, then her Ultimate recasts them, stopping time and entering an empowered state for a huge burst. Great for team damage.
Damage Tier: Nanally is currently the strongest damage dealer. Excellent ability uptime and follow-up attacks provide consistent damage, especially single-target. Synergizes with any team and is easy to use; high priority from the limited banner.
Buff Tier: Sakiri excels at mob clearing and crowd control. She groups enemies for strong AoE attacks and provides team buffs. A top support choice from the free S-class selector.
Damage Tier: Baicang is versatile with modes for single-target, AoE, or self-healing, but doesn't excel in any compared to specialized units.
Damage Tier: Hathor's DPS relies on feather stacks for great AoE damage, but the charging animation leaves her vulnerable.
Damage Tier: Jiuyuan has strong enemy-gathering and solid single-target DPS in ranged mode, but is less effective than Sakiri at AoE and CC.
Damage Tier: Zero fits any team with an Esper Skill that speeds up Esper Cycles. Coordinated swaps boost damage, and a passive self-heal improves survivability—rare for damage characters.
Damage Tier: Daffodill shines against bosses with excellent white-bar damage and strong parry/swap abilities. Prioritize her for Support Skill parries. Her long-range dodge mid-combo aids repositioning and evasion.
Damage Tier: Chiz is a free character with massive early damage. Her rhythm mechanics are harder to master, but timed correctly she outputs excellent damage for a free unit.
Survival Tier: Fadia's passive shares damage across the team, preventing single-target takedowns. She offers damage reflection, but lacks damage, CC, and buffs.
Buff Tier: Haniel is a pure support buffer boosting team damage. She applies buffs and swaps out; little else.
Damage Tier: Mint has strong parry potential with a low skill cooldown and deals solid ST/AoE damage, but is outclassed by higher DPS characters later.
Survival Tier: Adler's shield ability grants a temporary team-wide shield with one press, boosting survivability. He falls short on damage.
Damage Tier: Skia is a weaker DPS with low damage. He has some synergy with Light characters and decent AoE CC, but is outclassed.
Damage Tier: Aurelia has decent CC with her ultimate, but low damage and limited mobility, especially in dodging and aerial movement.
Survival Tier: Edgar is a healer with strong recovery, but his stationary healing area is less effective against mobile enemies.
