This endgame build turns Rossi into a crit‑focused hybrid sub‑DPS. By stacking critical rate from the MI Security set and Lupine Scarlet, she consistently triggers her Combo Skill’s critical damage buff, amplifying both her own and her team’s output. The gear pieces further enhance her Ultimate damage and energy gain, allowing smoother rotations. Alternative weapons like Glorious Memory can substitute if Lupine Scarlet is not acquired, though crit rate remains the top priority.

Lupine Scarlet is chosen because it provides a large critical rate boost and ramping Physical/Heat DMG%, perfect for Rossi’s dual-element attacks.

The MI Security set grants stacking critical rate and ATK after scoring critical hits, aligning with her need to crit often.
