Serval can apply the Shock DoT to enemies and maintain it with Ultimate, while Kafka triggers it with her Skill. Ruan Mei enhances Break Efficiency and delays enemy Break recovery. Flex slots can be filled with various utility characters providing support, crowd control, or sustain.
