Kit Summary

Valeriy is a 4-Star Electro sword user built as a Stellar-Conduct support. His attacks generate Impact Momentum, consumed at 40 stacks for a special Charged Attack that buffs Electro or Stellar-Conduct DMG. His Elemental Skill deals AoE Electro DMG and grants a teamwide ATK-scaling shield, while his Burst rains Thunderburst Shells over 12 seconds. He wants to stack ATK (with some Energy Recharge) and earns bonus rewards when dispatched on Snezhnaya expeditions.

  • Off-field Hydro application via Burst.
