Dragon's Bane [R4-R5] – slightly better than Calamity Queller. Wavebreaker's Fin [R4-R5] – just below Calamity Queller.
Artifact: Emblem of Severed Fate (4) – surpasses Gilded Dreams (4) when Energy Recharge needs exceed 130%.FREEZE: Works for quickswap/sub‑DPS or perma‑freeze DPS Rosaria. Typically secondary DPS to an on‑field freeze carry (Ayaka, Ganyu, Wriothesley). 120% Energy Recharge requirement; some weapons need zero CRIT Rate rolls.
