A TierChiz Build Guide
Chiz is a strong DPS character who continuously deals Cosmos DMG with a kit built around Grain management. The more Grain she has, the stronger her attacks become. Her stock-market-like mechanics may seem confusing at first, but they become easy to manage and let her dispatch enemies with ease.
Strengths
- Strong on-field Cosmos DPS with continuous damage.
- Scales well with Grain, rewarding proper resource management.
- Can generate Fons, making her useful in Charge teams.
- Ultimate resets Grain to 15,000, enabling extended Skill spins.
- Works in multiple Esper Cycle teams, especially Charge and Blossom.
Weaknesses
- Kit revolves around Grain management, which can be confusing initially.
- Best Arc requires at least 1,000,000 Fons to maximize its bonus.
- Charge team is her best but is hard to trigger and not very accessible.
- Letting Grain go negative reduces her damage output.
Best Arcs
Mammon: Increases Cosmos DMG by 2.5% for every 100,000 Fons the wearer holds, up to 10 stacks.
"Bopp": Increases wearer's damage dealt by 18% for 10s after casting Support Skill. Triggers at most once every 20s.
Huggy Vines: Restores wearer's HP by 12% upon defeating an enemy. Triggers at most once every 20s.
Best Cartridge
Epic (2): Cosmos DMG +10%. Legendary (4): Ignores 25% of enemies' DEF for 20s after the wearer casts Ultimate. Effect does not stack.
Best Main Stat: CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG (CRIT Rate preferred for consistency)
- Chiz gains up to 50% bonus Cosmos DMG from her Bonus Module alone, so focus on CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG.
- Substats priority: ATK% > DMG > ATK > CRIT Rate > CRIT DMG.
- Due to fewer sources, CRIT Rate is the more preferred Main Stat because it improves damage consistency.

Substat Priority
- Best Module layout when using the Lost Radiance Cartridge.
- Contains all pieces needed to activate Lost Radiance's 4-piece effect while maximizing bonus Module bonuses.
- Aim for Modules with ATK%, DMG, ATK, CRIT Rate, and CRIT DMG substats to improve Chiz's overall Cosmos DMG.
Best Teams
Chiz functions as a special on-field Cosmos DPS who can farm Fons, making her a good DPS option in a Charge team with Hathor and Jiuyuan or Mint as Sub-DPS units. Charge can be hard to trigger, so this team can also focus on Blossom or Remora for Esper Cycle damage. Adler is picked for his shields, which keep Chiz alive during her combo.

Use Chiz earlier in the rotation to help get her Ultimate back faster with Charge; Hathor can cover damage if Charge does not trigger.
Charge is Chiz's best team, but it is hard to trigger; Blossom is a strong second option.
Adler's shields keep Chiz alive during her combo.
- Mint can replace Jiuyuan as a Sub-DPS.
- The team can focus on Blossom or Remora if Charge is unreliable.
Skill Priority
Temporary Entry (Support Skill)
Strong, but the lowest priority to level out of all of Chiz's skills.
Zero-Sum Game (Ultimate)
Another big source of Chiz's damage, especially if you time her Skill usage well. Level this after improving her Skill.
Exiled Swordplay (Basic Attack)
An important part of her kit because it helps build Grain. Level this alongside her Ultimate to increase damage output.
Pink Paws Priority Principe (Skill)
A huge chunk of Chiz's damage comes from her Skill. Prioritize leveling this first.
Awakening Priority
To Riceball, Bandage, Fons
Increases Chiz's Grain acquisition efficiency, allowing her to fill Grain faster. Take this Awakening first.
If There Were No Rainy Days
Increases the chances that Grain prices increase when Chiz uses her Ultimate. Take this second to improve her damage output after using her Ultimate.
Blank Diary Pages
Fills Chiz's Grain storage when entering combat, allowing her to deal maximum damage from the start. Take this third to improve her opening combo.
Thirty-Three Days
Improves the amount of Bonus Cosmos DMG that Chiz gets from Grain, improving her damage output.
Sun, Sun... speak to me!
Increases Chiz's Grain storage capacity. Take this after unlocking faster Grain generation.
Fireworks in Silence
Grants passive Grain production as long as Chiz's Grain is in the positive.
How to Play
Chiz is an on-field Cosmos DPS who manages Grain to empower her attacks. She should enter after her Sub-DPS units have applied their damage and with an Esper Cycle ready. Use her Skill and weave in Basic Attacks, or hold her Skill to spin and consume Grain. Before Grain runs out, use her Ultimate to refresh Grain and boost Skill damage, then swap back to Supports and Sub-DPS units to restart the rotation.

- 1Sample Full Rotation: Adler Skill → Jiuyuan Skill → Chiz Skill (Blossom Trigger on Swap) → Chiz Ultimate → (Chiz Skill → Basic Attack x2) 3 times → Hathor Skill → Chiz Skill (Remora/Charge Trigger on Swap) → Chiz Ultimate → (Chiz Skill → Basic Attack x2) 3 times → Jiuyuan Ultimate
- 2Chiz-specific rotation: use her Ultimate first, then follow up with Skill and 2 Basic Attacks repeated 3 times. The Basic Attacks help recover Grain and wait for the bars on her Ultimate to be up, leading to more damage.
Tips
- Hold Chiz's Skill button to keep spinning and continuously consume Grain. Avoid letting Grain go negative, as it lowers her damage.
- Chiz's Ultimate temporarily resets Grain to 15,000, so use it after spinning to refresh Grain and boost Skill damage.
- Pair Chiz with Anima units for Blossom, Lakshana units for Remora, or both for Charge. Charge is her best team, but Blossom is second-best if Charge is not accessible.
- Use Chiz earlier in the rotation for Charge teams to help get her Ultimate back faster.
