Plunge Attack Support
Xianyun's utility: jump height boost, healing, and Plunging Attack buff. Healing scales with Burst level; the Plunge buff only scales with total ATK.
Weapons: Favonius Codex gains value with high team Energy Recharge needs. Hakushin Ring outranks Ballad of the Boundless Blue with Electro allies to trigger its passive. Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers value depends on who can reliably receive the buff. Prototype Amber: not worth at low refinement; worse as her Energy Recharge needs fall; at [R5] it's similar/better than Ballad. Wine and Song: dash for ATK% passive.
Artifacts: Noblesse Oblige (4) beats Viridescent Venerer if another ally already has VV or Pyro/Hydro/Cryo/Electro damage isn't a major team source. Ocean Hued Clam (4) / Song of Days Past (4): SoDP can be better single-target, but Clam is more consistent.

Each Plunging Attack shockwave DMG instance can only apply this increased DMG effect to a single opponent. Each character can trigger this effect once every 0.4s.

Within 16s after Xianyun has used Stars Gather at Dusk, White Clouds at Dawn will not enter CD. This effect will be canceled once she has used White Clouds at Dawn 8 times.
