DPS Eula is an on-field Physical damage dealer who deals a significant portion of her damage through her Elemental Burst. Her Normal Attacks also make up a large portion of her overall damage at low Constellation. Weapon rankings are assuming 130% ER minimum, Superconduct and 4pc Noblesse Oblige buff, otherwise no buffs. Regarding Weapon Choice: - Redhorn Stonethresher: This weapon can overtake Wolf's Gravestone in terms of Eula's own damage if the team provides enough ATK buffs, but Wolf's Gravestone can make up the damage difference by buffing team damage. - The Unforged: This weapon performs similarly to Beacon of the Reed Sea and Wolf's Gravestone when paired with a shield. - Akuoumaru: This weapon will outperform Luxurious Sea-Lord at higher refinements. At R5, it can perform similarly to Verdict and Skyward Pride. - Beacon of the Reed Sea: This weapon's ranking assumes one stack; at two stacks, it outperforms other options. - Tidal Shadow: This weapon's ranking assumes the passive is active. At R5, it performs similarly to Serpent Spine at R1 with 5 stacks. - Serpent Spine: This weapon's ranking assumes max stacks, often requiring a shielder. At R5, it performs similarly to Beacon of the Reed Sea. Regarding Energy Recharge weapons: In teams with low ER requirements on Eula (such as Triple Cryo + Raiden), these weapons lose some effectiveness. Regarding Artifact Sets: - Pale Flame (4): This is Eula's optimal artifact set, relying on a sustained conditional buff to outperform Pale Flame (2) Bloodstained Chivalry (2). This set provides a 50% Physical DMG Bonus + 18% ATK when the condition is met. The condition can be sustained without using the Elemental Burst, as each stack lasts 7s and refreshes per stack, and Eula's Elemental Skill cooldown is only 4 seconds when doing 1-taps. When using this set, it is recommended to not use Hold Skill cast until Lightfall Sword is nearly about to end (for players without Eula C2+). - Pale Flame (2) Bloodstained Chivalry (2): This is a non-conditional, consistent artifact set providing a constant 50% Physical DMG bonus. While this is impressive, Pale Flame (4) can outperform this set due to its additional 18% ATK buff and ease of maintenance through Eula's low tap skill cooldown.
