HSR 2026 Pull Planner: What 3.8 to 4.7 Means for Your Jade

If you play Honkai: Star Rail, 2026 is the year you will want to budget your Stellar Jade carefully. The confirmed roadmap stretches from Version 3.8 all the way to 4.7, and it contains at least one crossover that has never happened before in this game. That alone is worth planning around.

This is not a list of everything coming down the line. Official materials have only locked in a few release dates and headliners, so a lot of this is informed guesswork. What follows is the confirmed schedule, what each patch likely means for endgame modes like Memory of Chaos and Apocalyptic Shadow, and a practical order for spending if you are F2P or low-spend.

What Actually Matters in 2026

Three things stand out across the year. The first is the Fate/stay Night collab in 4.4, which brings Rin Tohsaka and Gilgamesh into the game. Crossovers in this genre tend to be one-time deals, and reruns are rarely guaranteed. The second is Himeko Nova, also in 4.4, described as a Fire-Elation unit. The third is Robin Summeretto in 4.5, a possible new take on the existing Robin. Any of these could shift team-building for months.

Beyond those, Version 4.1 introduces Ashveil, and 4.5 also carries a Hyacine rerun. That rerun matters if you missed her the first time, because she has stayed relevant as a sustain option in Simulated Universe and Pure Fiction.

The Confirmed Banner Roadmap

Here is what official materials actually pin down for 2026. Some patches are fully detailed, and some are not.

  • Version 3.8 opens the 2026 cycle. No release date or headliner has been stated in official materials.
  • Version 4.1 arrives on 2026-03-24 with Ashveil on a debut banner.
  • Version 4.4 launches 2026-07-14, headlined by Himeko Nova (Fire-Elation), plus Rin Tohsaka and Gilgamesh as part of the Fate/stay Night collab.
  • Version 4.5 drops 2026-08-25 with Robin Summeretto and a Hyacine rerun. This patch runs shorter than the others.
  • Version 4.7 closes the year. Its banners are unconfirmed and subject to change.

Notice the gaps. Nothing is listed for 3.9, 4.0, 4.2, 4.3, or 4.6, and the roadmap does not name reruns for most phases. Treat the table above as the skeleton, not the full picture.

Reading the Headliners

Ashveil in 4.1

Ashveil’s kit has not been shown yet. That makes a pull decision hard, but the pattern is fairly consistent: limited units in the 4.x era tend to raise the ceiling for Memory of Chaos and Apocalyptic Shadow. If Toughness-gated bosses are your current wall, a fresh DPS or support can change your clears. Still, with no official details, the smart move is to wait for the 4.1 livestream before spending Jade.

Himeko Nova in 4.4

A Fire-Elation unit is genuinely rare in this game. Himeko Nova could fit Break Effect teams or open up new Super Break compositions. If you already run Ruan Mei or Harmony Trailblazer, she may be a strong pickup. Her name also hints at a connection to the original Himeko from Honkai Impact 3rd, possibly an alternate-reality version or a Nova-enhanced form. That is speculation, but it is the kind of lore thread HSR likes to pull.

Robin Summeretto in 4.5

Robin Summeretto looks like a new version of Robin, possibly with a different Path or element. Robin’s current kit revolves around Action Value manipulation and team-wide buffs, and Summeretto could inherit that. If she keeps the Ultimate-based Action Advance, she slots into almost any team. If she brings a new debuff or buff instead, she could redefine Follow-up Attack lineups. Either way, this is a unit to watch closely.

On the lore side, Summeretto may tie into Penacony’s dreamscape or the Astral Express’s ongoing journey. That is unconfirmed, but it is worth keeping in mind while you save.

Spending Order for F2P and Low-Spend Players

With this many limited units in one year, nobody can grab everything. Here is a rough priority order if you are not a heavy spender.

  1. Fate/stay Night collab units in 4.4. They are likely limited, may never rerun, and carry high collection value.
  2. Robin Summeretto in 4.5. If she power-creeps Robin, she is a long-term investment.
  3. Himeko Nova in 4.4. Grab her only if you lack a strong Fire DPS or a Break enabler.
  4. Ashveil in 4.1. Wait for the kit reveal, and skip if your roster is already deep.

Keep Eidolons out of the plan unless you are spending. For most players, E0S1 (Eidolon 0 with the Signature Light Cone) is the sweet spot. Chasing E2 or higher is a spender’s game, not a practical goal.

Events, Farming, and the Shorter 4.5

Every version typically brings a flagship event, a Planar Ornament double-drop, and Calyx boosts for Golden and Crimson materials. Official materials have not detailed the specific 2026 events, but the usual rhythm applies, including Simulated Universe expansions with new Curios and Blessings.

One thing to plan around: 4.5 runs shorter than normal. That means less time to farm traces, relics, and materials during that patch. If you are targeting Robin Summeretto or the Hyacine rerun, stock up on resources beforehand rather than assuming you will have a full six weeks.

Light Cone and Relic Speculation

Without official kits, best-in-slot gear is guesswork. Still, some reasonable expectations exist.

  • Himeko Nova, as a Fire DPS, will likely want Inferno Pioneer or a new Break Effect set.
  • Robin Summeretto probably reuses or adapts Robin’s existing Light Cone options.
  • Fate collab units might introduce new Planar Ornaments tailored to their mechanics.

Official relic recommendations should come from the 4.4 and 4.5 livestreams. Until then, hold off on pre-farming any set you cannot verify.

Final Pull Advice

If you are a fan of the Fate series, the 4.4 collab is the clearest reason to save. Units like that are often one-time offers, and missing them can mean waiting years or never getting another shot. Robin Summeretto is the next most compelling target because she has real long-term team potential. Himeko Nova and Ashveil are situational, worth pulling only if they fill a hole in your roster.

The Fate/stay Night collab is also a first for HSR, which suggests more crossovers could be on the way. That is worth remembering before you dump everything into a single banner, since future collabs may demand the same kind of savings. As each version’s livestream lands, official kits will replace the speculation here, so check back when 4.1 and 4.4 details go live.
