Linko: How to Build Neverness to Everness’ Off-Field Damage Dealer

外勤報告·5 分鐘閱讀

Linko never stays on the field for long, but that’s by design. This Anima character in Neverness to Everness works as a sub-DPS who leaves the active spot as soon as she uses her skills. Her real value comes from two things: the damage she deals while off-field, and a passive that lowers enemy elemental resistance for the whole team.

Building her well matters because the difference between her signature Arc and a free option is massive. Here is everything you need to know about her best Arcs, Cartridge sets, Modules, and stat priorities.

Why her signature Arc is hard to replace

Voice of the Voyager is Linko’s signature Arc, and it fixes almost everything her kit needs. It gives 570 base ATK and 24% Crit Rate as base stats. The passive raises ATK by 24% to 48% (scaling with refinement), adds 66% to 132% Crit DMG to her Support Skill, and grants 22% to 44% Ultimate Crit DMG per stack (up to three stacks) for three seconds after her Support Skill deals damage.

Without this Arc, Linko’s personal damage drops hard. She can still function as a support because her resistance-shredding passive works regardless of what weapon she holds, but the damage contribution shrinks noticeably.

The alternatives, ranked

Ready-Ready shares the same base stats — 570 ATK and 24% Crit Rate — so it works as a stat stick. But its passive does not match Linko’s playstyle. It boosts Basic Attack and Critical Riposte damage by 15% to 30% for 15 seconds after using Redirect Skill or Ultimate, and it grants Tiger Talismans that increase Boss damage by 10% to 20%. Linko is not a Basic Attack user, so most of this effect goes to waste. Use it only as a stopgap.

Raging Flames is the best free option. It has 666 base ATK and 24% Crit DMG instead of Crit Rate. It increases Lakshana damage by 15% to 25%, and after using Ultimate it boosts Redirect Skill and Ultimate damage by 10% to 20% for 10 seconds. Its passive also adds 5% to 9% Redirect Skill damage per cast (up to two stacks). The tradeoff is real: losing 24% Crit Rate means you have to find it on your Console and Modules instead. But since the Arc is farmable, any F2P player can get it without gambling on gacha banners.

The Cartridge set built for her

Fireflies and the Forest is the clear winner for Linko. The two-piece bonus gives 10% Anima damage. The four-piece bonus increases Crit DMG by 8% every time a nearby enemy takes Anima damage from your team, stacking up to seven times. Each stack lasts 10 seconds. The effect works off-field, which matters because Linko spends most of her time there.

At max stacks, that is 56% bonus Crit DMG. The condition is easy to meet in any team that deals Anima damage, which includes Linko herself.

Modules give a huge crit rate head start

Linko’s Module set grants 8% Crit Rate per equipped Type III Module. With the Fireflies and the Forest Cartridge, you can slot four Type III Modules, which adds up to 32% Crit Rate immediately. That makes balancing her crit ratio much easier, especially since her signature Arc already provides 24% Crit Rate on its own.

If you switch to the Speedy Hedgehog Cartridge set, you can equip six Type III Modules for a total of 48% Crit Rate. But this set does not boost her damage as much as Fireflies and the Forest, so it is only worth using if Linko is playing a pure support role where her personal damage does not matter.

Stat priority and skill order

Main stats to look for: Crit Rate, Crit DMG, ATK%, and Anima DMG%. Substats follow the same order: Crit Rate, Crit DMG, ATK%, and DMG%.

Level her talents in this order: Support Skill first, then Ultimate, then Skill, and Basic Attack last. Basic Attack is a trap for Linko because she never stays on field long enough to use it.

What F2P players need to know

Raging Flames is the recommended free Arc. Pair it with Fireflies and the Forest Cartridge. Because you lose the 24% Crit Rate from her signature Arc, you need to hunt for Crit Rate in every substat slot you can find. The Module set helps here — four Type III Modules give 32% Crit Rate baseline, which softens the loss significantly.

If you are pulling for Linko, ask yourself whether you can also get her signature Arc. Without it, she is still usable as a support because of her resistance shred. But her damage will never approach what the signature allows. She becomes a different character with Voice of the Voyager equipped.

Team fit and role

Linko works best in teams that can trigger Anima damage often. She enters, uses her skills, and leaves while the main DPS takes over. Her off-field damage and shredding passive mean she does not compete for field time. She enables the carry while contributing damage from the sidelines.

The bottom line: stack crit stats, use Fireflies and the Forest, and consider her signature Arc mandatory if you want her to deal real damage. F2P players can make her work, but she will lean harder into the support side of her kit.
