Best Echo Sets for Phoebe
The best-in-slot Sonata Effect for a Spectro DPS character that can trigger the negative status effect, Spectro Frazzle. The best main echo is the Capitaneus for that additional Spectro Frazzle DMG on top of the Spectro DMG boost. Finding a Capitaneus can be quite hard to do, so if you do not have it yet you may use Nightmare: Mourning Aix.
Moonlit Clouds is a great option for Phoebe as a sub-DPS, both as an early-game option and while farming for Eternal Radiance sets in Rinascita. This set would not maximize Phoebe's damage potential, but instead funnels everything to her Main DPS.
Great early game option for Phoebe, especially if you do not have access to Rinascita yet. This does not affect the Spectro Frazzle aspect of Phoebe's kit, but can generally bolster her Spectro DMG.
Phoebe's Best Primary Echo
Capitaneus
・Phoebe's best-in-slot Main Echo. ・Increases both her Spectro DMG and Heavy Attack DMG. Really great for Phoebe since a huge chunk of her kit relies on Heavy Attacks. ・Capitaneus is a bit hard to farm though, so if you do not have a Spectro DMG Bonus Capitaneus yet, use a Nightmare: Mourning Aix instead. ・If you have a bunch of non-Spectro DMG Bonus Capitaneus lying around, consider using Data Modifiers to change its main stats to Spectro DMG Bonus.
Nightmare: Mourning Aix
・Secondary choice for Phoebe as she benefits from an unconditional Spectro DMG Bonus. ・Deals decent Spectro DMG on the side as well.
Impermanence Heron
・Impermanence Heron is a great option for most Sub-DPS units, as it provides extra damage buffs to the next Resonator. ・Run this on Phoebe with the Moonlit Clouds to provide significant ATK buffs to a dedicated Spectro Frazzle DPS.
Mourning Aix
・If you haven't reached Rinascita yet, then the regular Mourning Aix will work as Phoebe's next best option. ・It provides a similar Spectro DMG boost, thought gated behind transforming into the Echo. ・It also boosts Resonance Liberation DMG.

Confession Premium Sub-DPS Team
Initiate combat with Shorekeeper and go through her kit. Cast her Resonance Liberation and have her Concerto Energy filled before swapping to Phoebe., Have Phoebe enter Confession mode and stack Spectro Frazzle stacks with two Heavy Attacks and her Resonance Liberation., Once her Concerto Gauge is full, switch to Zani., Enter combat via her Intro Skill to get a Spectro DMG Bonus increase., Do Basic Attacks and cast her Resonance Skill to build Redundant Energy., When her Redundant Energy is full, cast her transformed Resonance Skill to deal decent damage and enter her Sunburst Mode and get a 20% Spectro Frazzle DMG amplification., Next, cast Resonance Liberation to enter her Inferno Mode., In Inferno Mode, do two sets of Heavy Slash combos to deplete her Blaze stacks. Each Blaze stack increase her DMG multipliers., Once her Blaze stacks are depleted, you will be primed to use her second Liberation. Cast it to deal big damage against enemies., Lastly, switch to Shorekeeper to detonate her Stellarealm. Repeat until all enemies are defeated.
Absolution DPS Frazzle Team
Start the battle with Shorekeeper and cycle through her kit, ending with her Resonance Liberation to summon her Stellarealm., Once the Concerto Gauge is maxed out, switch over to Rover (Spectro) to activate their intro skill and upgrade the Stellarealm., Charge the Concerto Gauge back up using the Rover's optimal combos, applying Spectro Frazzle in the process. Finish up by swapping to Phoebe when her icon starts to glow., After Phoebe's Intro Skill upgrades the Stellarealm to its final level, open with Phoebe's Resonance Skill and Echo Skill to set herself up., Then, enter Absolution mode by holding down the Normal Attack input. Afterwards, unleash Phoebe's Resonance Liberation if it's available., In Absolution mode, chain together Phoebe's Basic Attacks to upgrade and use her Heavy Attack: Starflash until she's out of Forte Gauge., Take note of the decaying Frazzle stacks on the enemy to make sure that there is still a stack everytime Phoebe does her combo. If there are no stacks, quickswap to Rover and use their skill to top up the Frazzle stacks., When the Concerto Gauge is charged, then swap back to Shorekeeper to detonate the Stellarealm. Repeat until all enemies are defeated.

Summon a Ring of Mirrors at the target location, making the target hit stagnate for 2s and dealing Spectro DMG. The stagnation effect can be applied to 12 targets max for each Ring of Mirrors. Using Resonance Skill again shortly after the summoning teleports Phoebe to the Ring of Mirrors' location, dealing Spectro DMG.
Unable to teleport if Phoebe is too far from the Ring of Mirrors.
- Ring of Mirrors lasts for 30s. When Phoebe summons a new Ring of Mirrors, the existing Ring of Mirrors disappears.
- When Phoebe is outside of the Ring of Mirrors, a Basic Attack or Dodge Counter that hits the Ring of Mirrors will refract Holy Light, which deals Spectro DMG to targets inside the Ring of Mirrors and pulls the targets hit to the center of the ring. The DMG dealt is considered Basic Attack DMG. Can be triggered once every 0.5s.
- When Phoebe is inside the Ring of Mirrors, Basic Attack becomes Basic Attack Chamuel's Star, which performs up to 3 consecutive attacks, dealing Spectro DMG, considered Basic Attack DMG.

- Absolution and Confession cannot coexist. Entering into one will end the other.
- When Divine Voice is not exhausted, Phoebe is unable to cast Heavy Attack Absolution Litany and Resonance Skill Utter Confession.
- When Divine Voice is exhausted, Phoebe will not exit the Absolution or Confession status.
When Phoebe has Divine Voice, casting Basic Attack Stage 3 or Dodge Counter replaces the next Heavy Attack with Heavy Attack: Starflash, which deals Spectro DMG at the cost of 30 Divine Voice.
- Absolution Enhancement: Reduce the cost of Divine Voice by 15. When the targets hit have Spectro Frazzle, the skill gains 256% DMG Amplification.
- Confession Enhancement: Apply 5 stacks of Spectro Frazzle to the targets hit.
Phoebe can hold up to 120 Prayer.
Phoebe automatically gains 5 Prayer every second.
