Wuthering Waves Phrolova Build Guide
Phrolova, a Fractsidus Overseer walking the fine line between life and death, an uncanny, deadly conductor.<br/>A silent wave of her baton is enough to attune the very frequencies of being and conduct the symphonies of "souls." The music of hers can sculpt a better world or, just as easily, summon a legion to wreak havoc.
Best Echo Sets for Phrolova
Best. Dream of the Lost 3pc gives unconditional Crit Rate + Echo Skill DMG, which fits Phrolova perfectly. Pair with a 2pc that gives Havoc DMG Bonus (Havoc Eclipse or Midnight Veil) for the extra Havoc DMG.
Second best. Lingering Tunes gives ATK, which is usable, but Havoc DMG bonus is typically more important for Phrolova, so use only if you lack Havoc DMG echoes.
Early-game option but inferior to Dream of the Lost 3pc composition. Replace with Dream of the Lost when possible.
Phrolova's Best Primary Echo
Nightmare: Hecate
Best-in-slot. Increases both Resonance Skill DMG and Echo Skill DMG — the two stats Phrolova relies on most.
Nightmare: Crownless
Good when using a full Havoc Eclipse 5pc; replace with Nightmare: Hecate after switching to Dream of the Lost 3pc composition.
Crownless
Non-Nightmare early-game option; upgrade/replace once you reach higher-tier content (Rinascita/Fabricatorium).
