S TierNanally Build Guide
Nanally is a top-tier Anima Main DPS who deals consistent damage through Basic Attacks and follow-up attacks. Her Skill boosts CRIT DMG and lets her run on walls for exploration. She remains one of the most flexible and dependable Main DPS options thanks to high damage, an easy playstyle, and versatile team options.
Strengths
- Top-tier Anima Main DPS with consistently strong damage.
- Skill increases CRIT DMG and provides vertical maneuverability in combat.
- Very flexible and easy to pick up, fitting into several team configurations.
- Strong synergy with Blossom and Esper Cycle teams.
- Can use her Skill for exploration by running up buildings.
Weaknesses
- Has no innate Esper Cycle recharge, so she prefers to go last in rotations.
- Relies on supports and buffers to reach her highest damage.
- Needs solid CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG investment from Modules and Cartridge.
- Sustainless Blossom variants can be risky without a shielder or healer.
Best Arcs

Grants a Left Tiger Talisman when casting Redirect Skill and a Right Tiger Talisman when casting Ultimate. Deep Blue Sorrow: Increases ATK by 12%. Increases the wearer's damage to Broken enemies by 12%. Restores 30% HP to the wearer if a Broken enemy is defeated. Triggers at most once every 30s.

Ora Puncher: Increases the wearer's Basic Attack DMG by 2% for 10s after each Basic Attack, up to 10 stacks. Each stack lasts independently.
Best Cartridge
Epic (2): Anima DMG +10%. Legendary (4): Increases wearer's CRIT DMG by 8% when a nearby enemy takes Anima DMG from the Team, up to 7 stacks. Each stack lasts 10s. Effect remains active when the character is off-field.
Best Main Stat: Anima DMG Bonus or CRIT DMG
- Anima DMG Bonus is ideal since Nanally already gains CRIT DMG from Fireflies and the Forest and her Redirect Skill.
- CRIT DMG is a viable alternative if your Modules do not provide enough Crit Value.
- Prioritize CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG, followed by DMG and ATK%.
- Keep Nanally's Console bonus in mind: each Type II Module increases CRIT Rate by 6%.
Module Layout
Required Modules
Bonus: Type II (+6% CRIT Rate)
Total Bonus: +30% CRIT Rate
Substat Priority
- This layout activates Fireflies and the Forest's 4-piece effect while maximizing the bonus Module.
- As a Main DPS, Nanally should use a full damage configuration.
- Aim for high CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate without oversaturating her Crit Value.
- ATK% and Universal DMG% are helpful secondary picks, and flat ATK still contributes to damage.
Best Teams
Nanally leads as the Main DPS after her allies finish their rotations. Zero serves as the Burst Sub-DPS to give Nanally more opportunities to trigger Blossom. Sakiri buffers with grouping and team ATK buffs, while Adler shields for survivability. Haniel and Jiuyuan are alternatives for different tradeoffs.

Nanally
Main DPS
On-field damage dealer who benefits from full team setup.

Zero
Sub-DPS
Burst Sub-DPS who helps Nanally trigger Blossom.

Sakiri
Buffer (Flex)
Provides grouping and team ATK buffs. Haniel is a possible alternative.

Adler
Sub-DPS/Support (Flex)
Shielder providing survivability. Jiuyuan is a more Blossom-oriented alternative.
Alternatives
Start with Adler Skill -> Sakiri Hold Skill -> Sakiri Ultimate -> Zero Skill -> Zero Ultimate.
Swap to Nanally to trigger Esper Cycle, then use Nanally Skill -> Nanally Ultimate -> spam Normal Attacks.
If using Jiuyuan instead of Adler, open with Jiuyuan Skill and end with Jiuyuan Ultimate for higher Pact Settlement uptime.
- Nanally should usually enter after all supports have set up.
- Zero helps initiate Esper Cycles and is a cornerstone of Blossom.
- Sakiri enables easier grouping and team ATK, while Adler keeps the team safe.
With Iroi, Nanally's Blossom-focused team is complete. This composition focuses on reaction damage and smoother team cycling. Nanally deals most damage using the AoE DMG of Vita Pistils, while Iroi keeps the team healthy and maintains a safer rotation.

Nanally
Main DPS
Deals the majority of team damage with Blossom-enhanced Vita Pistils.

Jiuyuan
Sub-DPS
Provides additional damage, Anima pressure, and crowd control through grouping.

Zero
Sub-DPS
Cycle enabler who helps initiate Esper Cycles and supports Blossom.

Iroi
Support
Keeps the team healthy and helps maintain safe rotations in longer fights.
Open with Iroi Skill to grant the ATK buff.
Use Jiuyuan Skill -> Jiuyuan Ultimate to set up Vita Buds.
Follow with Zero Ultimate -> Zero Skill.
Swap to Nanally to trigger Blossom, then use Nanally Skill -> Nanally Ultimate -> 5-Hit Basic Attack Combo -> 3-Hit Heavy Hitter Combo.
Remain on-field while Underboss and Vita Buds deal additional damage.
- This team focuses more on reaction damage and smoother cycling than the Blossom-Hexed version.
- Jiuyuan is crucial for extra Anima pressure and grouping, making it easier for Nanally to hit multiple enemies.
- Zero helps the team consistently initiate Esper Cycles.
Skill Priority
Justice From Above
Support Skill that deals one hit of Anima DMG when activated. Can be delayed until after the rest of her kit is upgraded.
Colucci Howling Technique
Deals a burst of Anima DMG while improving Nanally's CRIT DMG. Upgrade after the Ultimate.
Colucci Secret Skill
Nanally's Basic Attack is used frequently after her Skill, especially during Ichi-Daime's Authority. Upgrade to increase her damage output.
Colucci Ultimate Technique
Deals a large amount of Anima DMG and summons Underboss, further increasing Nanally's damage output. Upgrade this first.
Awakening Priority
Call Me the Boss
Increases Nanally's overall damage output while she is in Ichi-daime's Authority. Prioritize this Awakening since she enters that state often.
Because We're Family
Increases the uptime of Ichi-daime's Authority, both in and out of combat, which is essential for Nanally.
Followers Everywhere
Strengthens Nanally whenever she performs a follow-up attack, increasing her damage output while she stays on-field.
Gang Formation
Nanally performs many follow-up attacks, so this Awakening helps quickly charge her Ultimate and enables more follow-up attacks.
Second Member
Underboss stays on the field longer, improving its damage output by allowing it to attack for longer.
Not a Troublemaker
Increases Underboss's damage, improving its overall damage output.
How to Play
Nanally is a Main DPS who should normally go last in the rotation so she can benefit from all her supports. Start fights by using her Skill to enter Ichi-Daime's Authority and gain CRIT DMG, then immediately use her Ultimate to deal heavy Anima DMG and summon Underboss to pull enemies in. Fight normally until Ichi-Daime's Authority and her Skill run out, then repeat the full team rotation.
Rotations
- 1Standard Nanally Rotation: Adler Skill -> Sakiri Hold Skill -> Sakiri Ultimate -> Zero Skill -> Zero Ultimate -> Swap to Nanally (Esper Cycle Trigger) -> Nanally Skill -> Nanally Ultimate -> Spam Normal Attacks.
- 2Jiuyuan-Specific Rotation: Jiuyuan Skill -> Sakiri Hold Skill -> Sakiri Ultimate -> Zero Skill -> Zero Ultimate -> Swap to Nanally (Esper Cycle Trigger) -> Nanally Skill -> Nanally Ultimate -> Spam Normal Attacks -> Jiuyuan Ultimate.
- 3Blossom Rotation: Iroi Skill -> Jiuyuan Skill -> Jiuyuan Ultimate -> Zero Ultimate -> Zero Skill -> Swap to Nanally (Blossom Trigger) -> Nanally Skill -> Nanally Ultimate -> 5-Hit Basic Attack Combo -> 3-Hit Heavy Hitter Combo.
Tips
- Use Nanally last in a team since she has no innate Esper Cycle recharge and her priority is damage.
- If you have a secondary Anima character, you can lead with Nanally first so she triggers necessary Esper Cycles.
- Team up with Cosmos characters like Zero to give Blossom Enhancement more Vita Pistils and create more mini-instances of damage.
- When out of combat, Nanally's Skill can be used to run up buildings, making it useful for exploration.
- During exploration, keep an eye on the Skill duration since Nanally returns to regular climbing when it runs out.
