endgame support

Ardelia blends healing with enemy debuffing, so she covers two jobs in one slot. She spreads Corrosion and then converts it into Physical and Arts Susceptibility, raising the whole squad's damage, while her talent keeps allies topped up through Shadows of Mr. Dolly. Because she slots into almost any composition, she earns a top-tier placement.
A pure sustain setup for Ardelia. The LYNX set maximizes HP Treatment Efficiency and Will, and its set effect adds damage reduction to whichever ally receives her treatment, which noticeably raises survivability in long fights. It is the version to run when the squad is being ground down rather than racing a damage check. Keep in mind the mitigation portion is conditional: it will not apply to allies Ardelia cannot directly heal, such as uncontrolled characters or during stage effects that share healing across the party.

Insights

Core Mechanics

  • Eruption Column is the combo trigger: it fires when the controlled operator lands a Final Strike on an enemy without Vulnerable or Arts Infliction, dropping a homing cloud that applies temporary Corrosion and lowers all elemental resistance.
  • Dolly Rush eats that Corrosion and replaces it with Physical and Arts Susceptibility; with Mountainpeak Surfer the skill is cast a second time for free while Corrosion is still on the target.
  • Friendly Presence spawns Shadows of Mr. Dolly when Dolly Rush connects, and Wooly Party sheep can also spawn them. Touching a Shadow heals the controlled operator, or the lowest-HP ally when they are already full.

Scaling

  • Healing values are driven by Will, so early Will investment pays off immediately and keeps improving as the stat rises.
  • Her debuff payoff is team-dependent: the susceptibility window only converts into real damage when teammates have cooldowns ready to spend.
  • At the start she plays as a straightforward healer, while endgame gear shifts her into a multiplier that raises the entire team's damage.

Team Role

Ardelia occupies the sustain-plus-enable slot. She is not a primary damage dealer; instead she keeps the squad healthy while setting up windows where everyone else hits harder. In practice she works in two beats: the on-field character lands a Final Strike so Eruption Column applies Corrosion, then Ardelia uses Dolly Rush to consume it and stamp Physical and Arts Susceptibility onto the target. Allies should spend their burst skills inside that window. Because healing only happens when the controlled operator walks over Shadows of Mr. Dolly, she wants a team that keeps switching and moving rather than one that parks behind a single carry. She pairs naturally with damage dealers who appreciate amplified Arts and Physical damage, and she can also be built purely as a survival anchor when a fight is a war of attrition.

Explanation

Choose this loadout when the team's problem is staying alive instead of killing faster, since LYNX piles on Treatment Efficiency and Will.
Dreams of the Starry Beach stays as the weapon because it still raises her healing, with the Arts damage amplification treated as a bonus.
Monaihe can be substituted when extra Ultimate recharge matters more, and Fluorescent Roc serves as a budget Will and Attack option.

Notes

  • LYNX trades the team damage buff for raw healing power and survivability, and it adds a damage reduction layer on top of each heal.
  • The damage reduction only lands on the ally Ardelia actually treats, so it does nothing for uncontrolled teammates.
  • Stage effects that spread healing, such as the one in Survive the Gas, do not activate the LYNX buff, though the boosted healing itself still reaches the squad.
