Perlica sits at the top of the meta because she does two jobs at once: she seeds Electric Infliction with her Battle Skill and stacks Electrification with her Combo Skill, which raises the Arts damage every enemy takes. That debuff is what makes Electric and mixed Arts rosters actually function, so she is treated as a core piece rather than a flex pick. She also contributes respectable personal damage and heavy stagger through her Ultimate.
This is the Electric-team configuration. Perlica carries Wild Wanderer, whose Infliction effect she can trigger almost effortlessly because her Combo Skill is an Electrification application in its own right, turning every rotation into a team-wide Electric DMG Bonus. The Qingbo set handles the mechanical side: its Combo Skill cooldown reduction drops her trigger down to around 17 seconds, which is deliberately close to Zhuang Fangyi's 18-second Combo Skill so the pair can stagger their activations cleanly and keep pressure on the target. The knock-on effect is that Arclight also gets more frequent openings to fire her own Combo Skill and generate SP for the squad, and Zhuang Fangyi can upgrade the Electrification level to produce additional Sunderblades. Armor and both kit pieces stay within Qingbo to preserve the bonus, with Pulser Labs Gloves used as the off-slot. Essence priority leans into Infliction first, then Electric DMG Boost, then Intellect.

Insights

Core Mechanics

  • Protocol ω: Strike (Battle Skill) drops an electro-magnetic bolt that deals Electric damage, 10 Stagger, and applies Electric Infliction in a small AoE. It costs 100 energy and has no cooldown, so it doubles as an opener and as a rotation filler.
  • Instant Protocol: Chain (Combo Skill) fires one hit for Electric damage plus 10 Stagger and applies Electrification for 5 seconds. Its trigger is unusual: the controlled operator must land a Final Strike on any enemy. Base cooldown is 20 seconds.
  • Electrification inflates the amount of Arts damage the marked target takes, which is the real reason Perlica is valued. It is a window, not a permanent aura, so the rest of the team should be ready to dump damage into it.
  • Protocol ε: 70.41K (Ultimate) calls down orbital debris for a large Electric hit and 20 Stagger, making it a natural combo finisher. It costs 80 energy.
  • Her Final Strike on a staggered target becomes a finisher attack that deals heavy Electric damage and refunds some SP, which loops back into faster skill cycling.

Scaling

  • Perlica's usefulness scales with Arts Intensity, since that stat directly strengthens the Arts DMG Taken debuff carried by her Electrification.
  • Her weapon and suit are chosen by the team she is slotting into rather than by a single universal answer, so her ceiling is team-dependent. Electric carries want one loadout, non-Electric Arts carries want another.
  • Constant Guidance (Potential 4) extends Electrification duration by 75%, which is a significant widening of the team's damage window and one of her better breakpoints.
  • Early on she plays as a straight damage dealer because support-oriented suits are scarce; once proper support gear is available her role shifts toward enabling allies.
  • Cycle Protocol, which adds an extra chain hit against Vulnerable enemies, rarely comes online because her standard teams do not apply Vulnerable, so that talent is mostly dead weight.

Team Role

Perlica is the setup engine for Arts-focused teams, especially Electric ones. Her loop is central: open with the Battle Skill to plant Electric Infliction, then let the controlled operator swing to a Final Strike so her Combo Skill fires and Electrification lands. Everything the team does inside that 5-second window hits harder, so her job is to widen and speed up those windows rather than carry damage herself. In Electric teams her cooldowns are tuned to her partners - the Qingbo suit pulls her Combo Skill to roughly 17 seconds, close to Zhuang Fangyi's 18-second Combo Skill so the two can trade triggers smoothly, and Zhuang Fangyi can raise the Electrification level to spin up more Sunderblades. Faster Electrification also lets Arclight fire her Combo Skill more often and hand the squad extra SP. In non-Electric Arts teams she swaps the Electric weapon for an ATK-buffing option and stacks Arts Intensity as a generic amplifier. Because her trigger needs the controlled operator's Final Strike, she fits squads that attack often, and her Ultimate is best saved to close a burst window.

Explanation

Wild Wanderer is picked over other Arts Units because Perlica can activate its Infliction effect reliably - her Combo Skill is itself an Electrification application - and the payoff is a team-wide Electric DMG Bonus that her Electric partners immediately convert into damage.
The Qingbo suit is chosen for its Combo Skill cooldown reduction rather than raw stats. Lowering that cooldown to roughly 17 seconds lines up neatly with Zhuang Fangyi's 18-second Combo Skill, so the two debuff/sunder loops interleave instead of drifting apart.
Pulser Labs Gloves sit in the glove slot as the damage-leaning off-piece while the armor and both kit slots stay Qingbo to hold the set bonus together.
Use this version whenever the carry is Electric and can actually exploit the Electric DMG Bonus; swapping to the Arts Support setup in this situation would waste a large team-wide multiplier.

Notes

  • Qingbo cuts her Combo Skill cooldown by 15% and grants stacking Skill DMG Dealt after each combo skill, pushing her Electrification uptime up.
  • Wild Wanderer's Infliction skill is easy for her to trigger because her Combo Skill already applies Electrification on demand.
  • The whole point is enabling allies: faster Electrification procs mean Zhuang Fangyi gets more Sunderblades and Arclight gets more Combo Skill windows.
