Xaihi is rated at the very top of support units because she layers several buffs at once: an Arts Amp from her crystal, Cryo and Nature Amp from her Ultimate, and a Cryo damage-taken debuff from her talent. On top of that she keeps the party healthy and applies Cryo Infliction for teammates to exploit, which makes her a core pick for Cryo and Nature squads.

Xaihi's early game build leans on the free 6-star Dreams of the Starry Beach and the easily farmed Mordvolt Resistant set. The weapon lifts her healing output and Intellect, while the vest, gloves and two battery kits add Will and a low-HP Treatment Effect bonus that keeps her support duties online during messy early fights. It is a cheap way to get her functioning while saving premium weapons such as Chivalric Virtues, Junction Point and Detonation Unit for later progression.

Core Mechanics

The Distributed DoS battle skill summons an Auxiliary Crystal that heals the controlled operator whenever they land a Final Strike, triggering twice per cast, with the healing amount driven by Will.
If the crystal's heal would push the operator past max HP, the overflow is converted into an Arts Amp instead; the operator does not need to already be at full HP to receive it.
Once both heal charges are used the crystal powers up, enabling Stress Testing, which deals Cryo damage and applies Cryo Infliction to the target.
Stack Overflow gives the whole team temporary Cryo and Nature Amp; the base value scales with skill rank while Intellect adds extra Amp, capped at 30%.
Execute Process makes her Combo Skill raise the Cryo damage taken by enemies suffering Cryo Infliction or Solidification, and Freeze Protocol lets the Ultimate cleanse those same debuffs from allies.

Scaling

Healing scales with Will, so Will boosts are the main way to keep the controlled operator topped up through her crystal.
Her Ultimate's Amp scales with Intellect, and the extra portion is capped at 30%, so Intellect stacking translates fairly directly into team damage.
Her personal damage stays low; meaningful output only appears in comps and rotations that can use her Infliction and Amp windows.
She ramps up cheaply: the free 6-star weapon and a starter set get her functional well before premium gear is available.

Team Role

Xaihi is an off-field support who wants to be played as a teammate rather than the controlled operator. Her job is to keep the active character alive with the Auxiliary Crystal while layering Amp buffs onto the whole squad. She fits best in Cryo or Nature compositions, where her Ultimate's Cryo and Nature Amp and her Cryo Infliction directly feed the damage dealers' reactions. Rotation wise, you want the controlled operator landing Final Strikes so the crystal's two heals are consumed and Stress Testing becomes available, then you fire Stack Overflow as a burst window opens. Because the Eternal Xiranite set effect does not stack, she is often the second Xiranite-capable support in a team and instead builds raw Intellect and Ultimate Gain so the other holder supplies the set buff. She pairs naturally with teammates who punish Infliction or Solidification, since her talent raises their Cryo damage taken.
