OFF-FIELD DPS Albedo is a character that can summon a Geo Construct from his Elemental Skill, dealing damage on a 2-second interval whenever enemies in the field are damaged. His Elemental Burst provides 125 EM to the party, which is beneficial on teams that rely on amplification reactions, such as Vaporize. However, since his stat priority is focused on DEF (Elemental Skill scaling), it might be worth skipping the Elemental Burst if your team doesn't benefit from the 125 EM buff. Alternatively, building him with an ATK-DEF Hybrid can result in lower Skill damage but higher Burst damage. OFF-FIELD DPS Regarding Weapon Choices: Peak Patrol Song is Albedo's best weapon due to the massive buffs it provides to the team, despite its damage being about equal to Cinnabar Spindle. When using this weapon, make sure to Normal Attack twice before using his Skill. Harbinger of Dawn is one of the strongest 3-star weapons for Albedo, offering a lot of Crit stats. However, its passive requires Albedo's HP to be at 90% or higher, making it less suitable against enemies with HP-lowering debuffs. Mistsplitter Reforged is not recommended for Albedo, as it requires setup to get 2 stacks of its passive. Harbinger of Dawn is generally a better option, and Mistsplitter Reforged can be given to another sword DPS character. Freedom-Sworn decreases Albedo's own damage significantly but is a good option for buffing other party members. Wolf-Fang performs better than Harbinger of Dawn at R5 due to its unconditional passive. However, its Crit Rate passive does not stack off-field, and the difference in damage is not significant. Regarding Artifact Sets: Husk of Opulent Dreams (4) provides a DEF and Geo DMG bonus, but its effect is delayed due to Albedo's skill snapshotting upon cast. To benefit from the set effect, wait ~12 seconds before starting a domain/fight or recast his skill. Golden Troupe (4) performs similarly to Husk of Opulent Dreams (4) with Peak Patrol Song and Cinnabar Spindle but worse with Harbinger of Dawn. It also performs worse if Albedo uses his Burst. Tenacity of the Millelith (4) has good uptime on Albedo but decreases his Elemental Skill damage significantly. Archaic Petra (4) is a niche option for Albedo, offering lower personal damage but potentially buffing other characters. However, the 4pc bonus requires Albedo to pick up the shard. Regarding Mainstat Priority: Goblet: DEF% Goblet can be preferred if running Golden Troupe or Peak Patrol Song. Regarding Artifact Substats Priority: ATK% and Energy Recharge substats are only valuable on a Hybrid Albedo that casts his Elemental Burst.

This Geo bloom has an unusual property mirrored in the aim of alchemy. To rise from the earth, soar into the sky, and become the sun.

Albedo creates a Solar Isotoma using alchemy, which deals AoE Geo DMG on appearance.

Solar Isotoma
has the following properties:
·When opponents within the Solar Isotoma field take DMG, the Solar Isotoma will generate Transient Blossoms which deal AoE Geo DMG. DMG dealt scales off Albedo's DEF.
·Transient Blossoms can only be generated once every 2s.
·When a character is located at the locus of the Solar Isotoma, the Solar Isotoma will accumulate Geo power to form a crystallized platform that lifts the character up to a certain height. Only one crystallized platform can exist at a time.
·Solar Isotoma is considered a Geo construct. Only one Solar Isotoma created by Albedo himself can exist at a time.
