Barbara's skill, Healing Burst, provides a pulse of healing every 5 seconds. Each pulse imbues you with a Hydro status, which can be used for status-cleansing, particularly against Pyro elements. However, other elements may require additional pulses for cleansing. When using Barbara's skill, be aware that Hydro reacting with Cryo status will cause a Freeze reaction, immobilizing you in place. Therefore, consider the environment when utilizing her skill. To maximize Barbara's effectiveness, consider the following:

• Use her skill in conjunction with other characters to create a well-rounded team composition.
• Take into account the elemental reactions and synergies in your team.

• Everlasting Moonglow: This weapon focuses on maximizing Barbara's personal damage when played on field. However, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers commonly results in the highest team damage if someone can make use of the buff.
• Hakushin Ring: This weapon is a strong pick for teams that make good use of its passive and let Barbara trigger electro reactions reliably.

• Ocean-Hued Clam (4): This set is the best generalist pick as it lets Barbara deal decent damage of her own while healing.
