Barbara's main role is to provide sustain via her skill. Due to the lack of particle generation, building energy recharge to burst every rotation is not feasible. Barbara's burst should be treated as an emergency button.

Everlasting Moonglow: This weapon focuses on maximizing Barbara's personal damage when played on field. However, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers commonly results in the highest team damage if someone can make use of the buff.
Hakushin Ring: This weapon is a strong pick for teams that make good use of its passive and let Barbara trigger electro reactions reliably.

Regarding Artifact Sets:
