Barbara's skill gives you a pulse of healing every 5 seconds, every pulse will imbue you with an Hydro status, that means it can be used for status-cleansing (Pyro in specific, while other elements may take more pulses).
Take note that Hydro reacting with Cryo status will freeze you in place, her skill should be used in consideration of the environment
When using Barbara's skill, be aware of the following:

• Avoid using it near Cryo enemies or in areas with Cryo elemental reactions to prevent freezing
• Use it to cleanse Pyro status, but be cautious of other elemental reactions

Barbara Support Build SUPPORT Barbara's main role is to provide sustain via her skill. Due to the lack of ER generation, building energy recharge to burst every rotation is not feasible. Barbara's burst should be treated as an emergency button. Weapon Choices:

• Everlasting Moonglow: This weapon focuses on maximizing Barbara's personal damage when played on field. However, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers commonly results in the highest team damage if someone can make use of the ER buff.
• Hakushin Ring: This weapon is a strong pick for teams that make good use of its passive and let Barbara trigger ER reactions reliably.

• Ocean-Hued Clam (4): This set is the best generalist pick as it lets Barbara deal decent damage of her own while healing.
• Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City and Instructor (4): If Barbara can reliably trigger reactions, these sets can be the best option due to the buffs they can provide.

• Ocean-Hued Clam (4): This set can do more damage than other options in certain situations, while also increasing Barbara's healing to deal with Bloom self-damage.
