Redhorn Build Notes: 1/2 Targets: N1>N2>N3>N4>dash/hop This isn't always feasible due to cast time (as well as knockback issues). Multiple Targets: N1>N2>N3>dash/hop With Redhorn, using Charged Attack can become more effective. While spinning, opening and closing either the map or adventurer's handbook once will allow you to bypass the 5 second restriction.
Note: This build is focused on maximizing Redhorn's damage output while using Charged Attack.

Noelle Build Notes
DPS Build
It's recommended to avoid building a DPS Noelle if she's not at least C5+.
Noelle's DPS is best optimized at C6 where she converts an additional 50% of her DEF into ATK. Her ability to sustain her team with shields, heals, and AoE damage makes for a reliable DPS when your team is built around her.
Weapon Choices:

Serpent Spine: When using Husk of Opulent Dreams, Serpent Spine stacks are prioritized over Husk of Opulent Dreams stacks due to their conflicting nature in gaining stacks (On-Field vs Off-Field).
Skyward Pride: Useful if you are unable to get ER from your substats. Does really well while its passive is active, but falls off in sustained fights. Comfort option that can lose to a high refined Whiteblind with stacks.

Artifact Sets:

Marechaussee Hunter (4): Optimal for personal damage by a few percentage points when paired with Furina.
Husk of Opulent Dreams (4): Noelle snapshots her DEF on burst cast. To get the full 4 stacks' DEF% boost during your first burst, you need to wait 12 seconds off-field before swapping in. In Abyss, time spent before the chamber starts still generates stacks.

DRIVER Build
Generally optimal when running multiple off-field DPS like Yelan, Xingqiu, or Fischl. Instead of focusing on her own damage (but not neglecting it), Noelle takes a supportive role with Archaic Petra to buff her team, while still taking advantage of her AoE and strong defensive utility.
Artifact Main Stats Priority:
When driving a team with Furina, Noelle generally lacks DEF% from weapon, set bonus, and team buffs. In order to counteract Furina's HP drain, especially with high HP units like Yelan, multiple DEF% Main Stats may be required.

Normal Attack
Performs up to 4 consecutive strikes.

Charged Attack
Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents.
At the end of the sequence, performs a more powerful slash.

Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Breastplate

Noelle is both a dutiful maid and a valiant knight.

Summons protective stone armor, dealing Geo DMG to surrounding opponents and creating a shield. The shield's DMG Absorption scales based on Noelle's DEF.
The shield has the following properties:
·When Noelle's Normal and Charged Attacks hit a target, they have a certain chance to regenerate HP for all characters.
·Possesses 150% DMG Absorption efficiency against all Elemental and Physical DMG.

The amount of HP healed when regeneration is triggered scales based on Noelle's DEF.

Sweeping Time

Sometimes, it's not just dust that needs sweeping...

Gathering the strength of stone around her weapon, Noelle strikes the opponents surrounding her within a large AoE, dealing Geo DMG.
Afterwards, Noelle gains the following effects:
·Larger attack AoE.
·Converts attack DMG to Geo DMG that cannot be overridden by any other elemental infusion.
·Increased ATK that scales based on her DEF.

Ascension Phase 1

When Noelle is in the party but not on the field, this ability triggers automatically when your active character's HP falls below 30%:
Creates a shield for your active character that lasts for 20s and absorbs DMG equal to 400% of Noelle's DEF.
The shield has a 150% DMG Absorption effectiveness against all Elemental and Physical DMG.
This effect can only occur once every 60s.

Nice and Clean

Ascension Phase 4

Noelle will decrease the CD of Breastplate by 1s for every 4 Normal or Charged Attack hits she scores on opponents.
One hit may be counted every 0.1s.

Maid's Knighthood

Passive

When a Perfect Cooking is achieved on a DEF-boosting dish, Noelle has a 12% chance to obtain double the product.

Constellation Lv. 1

While Sweeping Time and Breastplate are both in effect, the chance of Breastplate's healing effects activating is increased to 100%.

Combat Maid

Constellation Lv. 2

Decreases the Stamina Consumption of Noelle's Charged Attacks by 20% and increases her Charged Attack DMG by 15%.

Invulnerable Maid

Increases the Level of Breastplate by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

To Be Cleaned

When Breastplate's duration expires or it is destroyed by DMG, it will deal 400% of Noelle's ATK as Geo DMG to surrounding opponents.

Favonius Sweeper Master

Constellation Lv. 5

Increases the Level of Sweeping Time by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

Must Be Spotless

Constellation Lv. 6

Sweeping Time increases Noelle's ATK by an additional 50% of her DEF.
Additionally, every opponent defeated during the skill's duration adds 1s to the duration, up to 10s.
