HP-Scaling Team
Hyacine is the best sustain unit for teams centered on the HP stat. Characters like Castorice, Tribbie, and Blade will have their damage increased from Hyacine's Ultimate. Hyacine works best with units that drain the party's HP since she can provide healing when HP gets reduced. This is especially useful for Castorice since Hyacine's healing can help generate more Newbud than any other Sustain.
Universal Sustain Team
