Enemies afflicted with [Icefire] take Frost DMG equal to 260% of Hoshimi Miyabi's ATK per second. Upon triggering [Frostburn - Break], Hoshimi Miyabi can bypass the restrictions of [Frostburn] and immediately reapply [Icefire] to enemies.
