Item Effect: While Roaming is active, the Cacophony Soundscape's Corruption is reduced to 70% of its original value. When Ellen uses an [EX Special Attack], [Chain Attack], or [Ultimate], she leaves Icy Mist on the ground, dealing continuous Ice DMG for 15s. Agents inside [Icy Mist] gain increased Anti-Interrupt Level and take 30% less DMG. These effects persist for 5s after leaving [Icy Mist]. When Ellen hits an enemy inside [Icy Mist], [Icy Mist] deals one additional instance of DMG.
