Blueprints can be used to unlock crafting recipes for the corresponding Item at the Smart Workshop. Can be purchased via Boojee's Store - Blueprint Direct Sale. Item Effect: When equipped, grants 3 Alter Skills: [Perfect Block], [Phase Dash], and [Strong Slash]. If the target is in the Cacophony Shield Enhanced state, additionally reduces the Cacophony Shield of normal/elite/Boss enemies by 100%/60%/30%. 〈Phase Dash Enhanced〉 When performing a Strong Slash against normal/elite/Boss enemies not yet in combat, additionally accumulates 60%/30%/15% Daze. Using Phase Dash has a 50% chance to not consume a use. DMG dealt by Strong Slash against enemies above Lv. 60 is reduced by 50%.
