F2P Team
For a F2P team, you can use Archer with Sparkle and the Remembrance Trailblazer. Sparkle provides SP and advances Archer's turns. The Remembrance Trailblazer gives Archer more turns and allows him to deal True DMG while being SP positive. Permansor Terrae boosts Archer's ATK and provides shields for the party.
Beginner Team
For beginners who don't have any limited 4-Star or 5-Star characters yet, you can use any two Supports with Archer. Remembrance Trailblazer and Hanya his best free-to-play options for Archer since they provide turn-advance and SP-generation respectively.
Best Team
Archer's best teams consist of allies that provide Skill Points and are generally SP-friendly. It should be noted that turn-advance Supports should have at least 160 SPD to bring the slow Archer in front of the turn order. Sparkle is undoubtedly Archer's best Support since she provides both Skill Points and turn-advance. Since Archer will consume a lot of Skill Points, using SP-Positive Sustains like Permansor Terrae or Gallagher will make your gameplay comfortable.
