Diona C6's Elemental Mastery buff needs HP above 50%, clashing with Hu Tao's low-HP bonus.
Cryo resonance only applies while enemies are Cryo-affected or Frozen.

Ayaka Permafrost Freeze Team (Diona)
SSA Freeze lock team built around Ayaka's Cryo damage. Kokomi's jellyfish keeps Hydro attached so enemies stay frozen, Kazuha shreds RES and shares elemental DMG, and Diona shields plus heals for a safe Burst window.
Watch out: bosses that cannot be frozen do not grant the extra Frozen-target CRIT Rate from Blizzard Strayer.
Kokomi supplies constant Hydro for Freeze while Ayaka deals Cryo DMG during her Burst window. Diona shields and heals, and Kazuha groups enemies, shares elemental DMG, and applies Viridescent Venerer resistance reduction.
