Artifacts
Tenacity of the Millelith (4): Sprout damage is counted as Skill damage, so the ATK buff stays up through key damage windows. Generally an alternative to Noblesse Oblige (4) or Deepwood Memories (4), or used when both are already on the team.
Gilded Dreams (4): only in teams where she triggers reactions, such as Bloom or Burning.

SSAn SS-tier Hyperbloom team that pairs Kokomi's on-field Hydro with Dendro off-field from Collei and the Traveler, while Raiden Shogun's Skill triggers Hyperbloom, Spread, and Electro-Charged.
Kokomi applies Hydro on-field while Collei and Dendro Traveler supply off-field Dendro, generating Dendro Cores. Raiden Shogun's persistent Electro triggers Hyperbloom on those cores, dealing massive damage while also enabling Spread and Electro-Charged reactions.
