Build Guides
Complete build guides for every hunter. Best arcs, cartridges, teams, skill priorities, and gameplay tips.
Iroi
NatureIroi is an S-tier Anima Support who keeps teams alive with healing, revivals, and teamwide buffs. She is best paired with aggressive main DPS characters that need extended field time, and her signature build turns her healing into extra damage for everyone. ATK%, Cycle Intensity, and Healing are her most important stats.
Chaos
LakshanaChaos is a Main DPS who stays on the field to deal massive damage. He applies Warrant to enemies to increase the damage they take, builds up his Crime gauge to unleash empowered Basic Attacks, and enhances the Remora reaction with bonus burst damage when it expires. His playstyle is straightforward but relies on good management of Warrant and the Crime gauge.
Lacrimosa
ChaosLacrimosa is a strong Main DPS capable of applying a stacking DoT effect on enemies she attacks. Additionally, she can copy an enemy's combat technique, allowing her to use it in fights. This makes her very flexible, able to fit in various team compositions.
Hotori
CosmosHotori is a Sub-DPS with Burst DPS capabilities, as she can record her teammate's Skill casts and recast them upon using her Ultimate. She does not require energy to use her Ultimate, instead relying on a countdown timer that allows her to use it roughly once every 20 seconds, making her damage output reliable and consistent.
Nanally
NatureNanally is a strong DPS character capable of dealing large amounts of Anima DMG with a flurry of attacks. When using her Skill, she gains increased CRIT DMG and can walk on any surface, which is useful both in and out of combat. If you are looking for a strong Main DPS and a way to easily climb the game's buildings, Nanally is the Esper for you.
Sakiri
IncantationSakiri provides reliable crowd-control with her held skill and considerable ATK% buffs with her Ultimate. When paired with her Best-in-Slot Arc and Cartridge, this ATK bonus is amplified even further. These points, combined with her rather universal use case, solidify her as an S-tier character welcome on most teams alongside most DPS units.
Baicang
IncantationBaicang is an A-tier Incantation DPS who deals damage from multiple sources in his kit. His versatile combos make him a strong Main DPS, but his moveset can feel clunky and his combos are harder to execute than other top-tier DPS options.
Hathor
LakshanaHathor is a Burst DPS character capable of dealing large amounts of Lakshana DMG thanks to her Ultimate and empowered Skill. Stacking her Express Delivery Power helps charge her Ultimate quickly, allowing her to deal bursts of damage in relatively quick intervals. While strong, her Burst damage relies heavily on the number of Express Delivery Power stacks that she has, which requires proper usage of her Skill.
Zero
CosmosEsper Zero is a burst Sub-DPS who frontloads damage into their Skill and Ultimate. Their Skill instantly fills Cycle Energy, enabling rapid Esper Cycle triggers, and their Ultimate deals massive burst damage, especially with Awakening Effects. However, damage is heavily reliant on these two abilities, making them less suited for endgame as a Main DPS.
Chiz
CosmosChiz is a strong DPS character who continuously deals Cosmos DMG through her Grain management kit. The more Grain she has, the stronger her attacks become. While her stock market-like mechanics may seem confusing at first, they are easy to get used to and allow her to dispatch enemies with ease.
Daffodill
ChaosDaffodill is a unique Break-Burst DPS whose kit is specially designed to deal Break Intensity damage. She deals respectable damage that shines most when the enemy's weakness is about to break, but her timings and damage windows are strict.
Jiuyuan
NatureJiuyuan is an Anima-based burst DPS who excels at entering combat only when her energy and Rose Pact Bullets are ready. Her quickswap playstyle, frontloaded Ultimate, and Blossom enhancements make her a versatile A-tier DPS and support.
Fadia
PsycheFadia is a B-Tier Survival character who mitigates team damage by taking a portion of it herself. After reaching a damage threshold, her Ultimate becomes empowered, dealing more damage and healing more HP. She works as an off-field tank and sub-DPS whose Skill and Ultimate scale with Max HP.
Haniel
PsycheHaniel is a support character who boosts the team's ATK and also functions as a sub-DPS through her off-field damage. She can quickly empower allies, but offers little beyond buffs and Hootie's attacks, so you will be switching to other team members often.
Mint
NatureMint is a solid DPS character thanks to her strong single-target damage and a low-cooldown Skill that can also be used to parry enemy attacks. She performs best in Blossom teams where she can amplify Vita Pistil damage. However, she is quickly outclassed by other DPS characters later in the game.
Adler
IncantationAdler supports the team by providing shields that scale with DEF and DoT damage that scales on standard damage means. Overall, he is placed in B-tier because his damage is lacking compared to other DPS units, and he is mainly sought out for his shielding.
Aurelia
PsycheAurelia is a Main DPS that deals damage in a unique way, combining normal attacks with rapid movement through her jellyfish attacks. While she can be very mobile in combat, she struggles against mobile bosses and cannot climb walls, making her a situational pick that shines in Discord teams.
Edgar
CosmosEdgar is a support healer who can top up the party's HP with his Skill and Ultimate. His healing abilities are stationary: his Skill makes him stand still and his Ultimate creates a fixed area, making it harder to heal against mobile enemies. He excels in Charge team compositions thanks to his passive, which can fully charge an ally's Ultimate.
Skia
LakshanaSkia serves as a Lakshana frontline DPS that excels in long fights, allowing him to make the most out of Fang Thrust. However, Fang Thrust itself can be clunky and inconsistent due to him needing to constantly keep it on an enemy, which he likely loses when swapping out to restart team rotations. This lands him in C-tier since other units have easier times keeping consistent rotations.
