The best Echo for Luuk — grants passive Spectro DMG and Basic Attack DMG increases. Its Transform-type active is not the main point; the passive buff is the value. Pairs well with Twin Nova - Collapsar Blade in other slots for combined Echo Skill synergy.
Second best option, especially if using Celestial Light set. Provides additional Spectro DMG and Resonance Liberation DMG bonuses just by being equipped. Transform-type, so requires weaving its active into rotation if you want to use the transform damage.
Situational pick to buff the next ally's damage. Generally worse than the above two for solo Luuk DPS but viable on certain team compositions.

Purpose: Use Lynae + Mornye to raise the Tune Strain stack limit and provide Tune Break Boost, Off-Tune Buildup Rate, and All DMG Amplification to maximize Luuk's damage., Open on Mornye: do 3 Basic Attacks -> Heavy Attack to enter Wide Field Observation. While airborne do 3 Basic Attacks -> Resonance Skill -> cancel endlag with Liberation to generate High Syntony Field., Cast Mornye's enhanced Heavy Attack then switch to Lynae via Outro Skill., On Lynae Intro: immediately Resonance Skill for max Overflow -> Liberation for team-wide DMG buff -> Basic Attack, then hold Heavy Attack until Lumiflow Forte is full to enter Kaleidoscopic Parade., In Kaleidoscopic Parade: perform 3 jumps (Polychrome Leaps) to generate 3 True Color stacks, then plunging attack and switch to Luuk., Luuk on Intro: gains max Ichor Flow. Use 2 mid-air Jumps (Scythe: Resection) then cast enhanced Resonance Skill -> 2 Basic Attacks -> 2 Jumps. Repeat this Basic/Jump string twice., After the second Basic string cast the third enhanced Resonance Skill to place an Ichor Deposit, plunge to detonate it, then Liberation when all enhanced Resonance Skills are charged for massive damage., Cycle back to Mornye via Outro and repeat until enemies are defeated.

Mornye remains primary support for Tune Strain interactions and Off-Tune buildup., Start on Mornye: 3 Basic Attacks -> Heavy Attack to enter Wide Field Observation. While airborne do 3 Basic Attacks -> Resonance Skill -> cancel endlag with Liberation to deploy High Syntony Field., Use Mornye's enhanced Heavy Attack then switch to Sanhua via Outro. On Sanhua: Resonance Skill -> Liberation to deploy Ice Structures -> Heavy Attack: Detonate to fill Concerto Energy, then Outro to Luuk., Luuk on Intro: gains max Ichor Flow. Use 2 mid-air Jumps (Scythe: Resection) then cast enhanced Resonance Skill -> 2 Basic Attacks -> 2 Jumps. Repeat this Basic/Jump string twice., Place the third enhanced Resonance Skill to create an Ichor Deposit, plunge to detonate, then Liberation when all enhanced Resonance Skills are charged for a massive Liberation hit., Switch back to Mornye and repeat the rotation until enemies are defeated.
