Iansan's buff scales from three factors: ATK total, Nightsoul Points (max 54), and a "Kinetic Energy Scale."
Buff value drops below 42 Nightsoul Points — consistent movement sustains uptime.
At C4, overflowed Nightsoul Points are frontloaded on the next Skill cast.

Iansan buffs allies via Burst and heals the active character through a passive.
Movement from the active character (not her own) sustains Nightsoul Points; attacks, skills, jumps, and Nightsoul Point gain/consumption all count.
C1 refunds 15 Energy after consuming 6 Nightsoul Points (18s cooldown), reducing Burst cost from 70 to 55.
At C0, non-ER weapons are unrealistic as the sole Electro unit; ATK weapons gain value where movement is scarce.
Favonius Lance requires CRIT Rate to proc. Symphonist of Scents uptime scales with the number of Natlan party members.
