Equipping Yangyang with a 5 pc. Moonlit Clouds set allows her to be more support-oriented since using her Outro Skill will buff the ATK of the character swapping in for a couple of seconds.
If you want Yangyang to be more damage-oriented, give her a 5 pc. Sierra Gale to increase her Aero DMG.
