A burst-focused DPS build that maximizes Billy's damage by using his Ultimate after a Chain Attack for a heavy opener, then maintains strong Basic Attack damage.

Drive Disc set: Dawn's Bloom (4-piece) + Woodpecker Electro (2-piece).
Puffer Electro can also support this burst playstyle by giving an ATK boost after Billy's Ultimate.
