Venti summons a Stormeye with his Burst that pulls enemies and deals continuous Anemo DMG. His Normal Attacks become Windsunder Arrows that extend Stormeye duration. With at least two Hexerei characters, Swirl near the Stormeye boosts their DMG and amplifies Stormeye's damage.

Teaming with a Hexerei character strengthens both effects.
