Best Echo Sets for

After arriving in Rinascita, Lingyang's build will change to the new Sonata set Frosty Resolve. This will increase Lingyang's Resonance Skill which works well with his Inherent Skill, Diligent Practice.

Freezing Frost increases the Glacio DMG Bonus which is great for a main DPS like Lingyang. The 5-pc effect also helps him deal more damage after using a Heavy or Basic Attack. This is a set that is great to use if you do not have access to Rinascita and the new Sonata Effect, Frosty Resolve.

Run a 2pc. Freezing Frost and 2pc. Lingering Tunes if you don't have the 5-pc Freezing Frost set with good stat boosts in the early game.

The bulk of Lingyang's damage comes from his <b>Forte Circuit</b> so make sure it is always upgraded to max.
Resonance Liberation takes a backseat since it is mostly only used to enable Striding Lion.
Abyss Surges is by far Lingyang's best weapon since you'll be constantly using his Resonance Skill in between his basic attacks.
If you don't have Abyss Surges, you can use any of the Gauntlets listed above since they either increase his damage output, or they synergize well with the constant use of his Resonance Skill.

This is a premium team that has Lingyang as the main DPS, with Zhezhi providing him with buffs as a Glacio Sub-DPS, and Shorekeeper with more buffs and healing for both Glacio Resonators.

Support

Open with the Shorekeeper, and charge her Resonance Liberation as well as the Concerto Energy, while summoning Butterflies with her Basic Attacks and Resonance Skill., Use Shorekeeper's Resonance Liberation when it is available. Switch to Zhezhi once Concerto Energy is maxed out to trigger Zhezhi's Intro Skill for Shorekeeper's Resonance Liberation., Use Zhezhi's optimal rotation to summon 3 Phantasmic Imprints, enabling her to execute her full combo. This should help charge both her Resonance Liberation and Concerto Energy., Use Zhezhi's Resonance Liberation, and swap out to Lingyang with maximum Concerto Energy to give him Zhezhi's Outro Skill buff., Once Lingyang is on-field, rotate through his combos to maximize damage while Zhezhi and Shorekeeper's buffs persist. Make sure to charge Concerto Energy again as well., Once Lingyang has gone through his rotations, switch to Shorekeeper with max Concerto Energy to have her detonate her Resonance Liberation's Field. Repeat the steps until the enemy is felled.

Lingyang F2P Friendly Team

This team makes use of the 4-Star Resonators Sanhua and Baizhi to support Lingyang as the Main DPS of the squad. Both Sanhua and Baizhi can be obtained for free, making this team extremely Free-to-Play friendly.

Support

Start with Sanhua until she's built up enough Concerto Energy to activate her Outro Skill., Once Sanhua's built up enough Concerto Energy and the other party members' icons are glowing, swap out to Lingyang to boost his Basic Attacks with Sanhua's Outro Skill., Activate Striding Lion as soon as possible to buff Lingyang's Basic Attacks and maximize his damage output., Swap out to your support whenever you need to heal, or to apply their buffs. Swap back to Sanhua and start building up Concerto Energy again, or swap to Sanhua directly if you don't need your support to do either., Repeat the steps until the enemy is felled.
