Hugo Vlad Best Teams and Bangboo

Hugo F2P Team

F2P-friendly trio: Use Hugo with the Cunning Hares setup (Anby + Nicole). Anby provides Stun, Nicole provides Stun/debuffs.
Once you obtain another Stun Agent, replace Nicole to unlock Hugo's full ATK buff.

Hugo Double Stun Team

Double Stun: Hugo + two Stun units (Lighter and Lycaon) to maximize damage on stunned enemies and reduce RES. Ideal for taking advantage of Hugo's Core Skill.

Hugo Vlad Skill Priority

Hugo's Core Skill, Special Attack, and Chain Attack should be prioritized first for optimal damage. Hugo's Basic Attack and Assist can be upgraded later to make sure Hugo doesn't fall short.
