After activating EX Special Attack: Kindly Rest in Peace, this attack is automatically activated when the total number of <Term:1000040>Eyes of the Storm</Term> on the field and Roxy's <Term:1000039></Term> reaches at least 3:
Throws her hammer at enemies on the field, dealing Wind DMG.
Eyes of the Storm hit by this attack are detonated, up to 3 Eyes of the Storm at a time. Based on the number detonated, a corresponding number of Miniature Windstorms are generated, dealing Wind DMG.
If 3 Eyes of the Storm are detonated at once, a Giant Windstorm is generated instead, dealing Wind DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

With enough energy, press or hold to activate:
Slides forward, dealing Wind DMG.
While sliding, press and hold to have Roxy enter the Whirlwind state:
While in the Whirlwind state, Roxy generates a tornado. Drag the joystick to control its direction. During this, Energy is continuously consumed, dealing Wind DMG to enemies along its path. When Energy is depleted, or when is released while the joystick is not being moved, Roxy exits the Whirlwind state.
When the slide ends or when exiting the Whirlwind state, automatically follows up with EX Special Attack: Kindly Rest in Peace.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Automatically activates after EX Special Attack: Don't Catch a Chill ends:
Consumes all <Term:1000039></Term> to fire a wind cannon forward, dealing Wind DMG.
After the attack, for each point of Wind Energy consumed, deals an additional instance of Wind DMG and generates 1 <Term:1000040></Term> at the current position.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Generated after EX Special Attack: Kindly Rest in Peace consumes <Term:1000039></Term>, and automatically detonates after 30s.
Up to 9 <Term:1000040>Eyes of the Storm</Term> can exist at the same time. If this limit is exceeded, the earliest generated Eye of the Storm will automatically detonate.
Detonates when hit by Special Attack: Forgive Me for Not Seeing You Off. If fewer than 3 are hit at the same time, 1 Miniature Windstorm is generated at the location of each Eye of the Storm, tracking enemies and dealing Wind DMG for 1s.
If 3 are hit at the same time, 1 Giant Windstorm is generated instead, dealing Wind DMG for 1s.
When detonated by any means, an Eye of the Storm releases a blast, dealing 1 instance of Wind DMG to nearby enemies.

After the skill ends, gains 1 <Term:1000039></Term>.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

After activating a Defensive Assist, press again to activate:
Roxy stays on the field and strikes enemies ahead, dealing Wind DMG.
This skill is treated as activating a Basic Attack.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

When the on-field character is launched, press to activate:
Strikes enemies in front, dealing Wind DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

When the on-field character is about to be attacked, press to activate:
Parries the enemy's attack, dealing massive Daze.
This skill excels at parrying enemy attacks and reduces the consumption of Assist Points when the character is under intense attacks.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Press after a Defensive Assist to activate:
Strikes enemies ahead, dealing Wind DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

When EX Special Attack: Kindly Rest in Peace hits, it reduces the enemy's All-Attribute RES by 15% for 50s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. CRIT DMG increases by 40%.

EX Special Attack: Don't Catch a Chill deals 5% more Daze.
For each Eye of the Storm detonated, gain 1 stack of Windflow, up to 3 stacks.
During EX Special Attack: Don't Catch a Chill, if Roxy switches out after entering the Whirlwind state, she consumes all Windflow. Each stack consumed sustains the Whirlwind state for 0.2s, during which no Energy is consumed, up to a maximum of 0.6s.
When EX Special Attack: Don't Catch a Chill hits an enemy, that enemy's Stun DMG Multiplier increases by 30% until the target recovers from Stun.

Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2

When a Defensive Assist successfully parries an enemy attack, Roxy gains 1 Energy, up to once per skill. When Dodge Counter: Returned Courtesy hits an enemy, it grants 2 Energy, up to once per skill. Ultimate: Requiem for the Night-Burial deals 20% more DMG and 10% more Daze.

The DMG dealt by attacks ignores 15% of the target's Wind RES. When Special Attack: Forgive Me for Not Seeing You Off detonates Eyes of the Storm to generate a Giant Windstorm, the primary target is inflicted with Afterecho. A Giant Windstorm is generated at the target's location every 3s, for a total of 2 additional Giant Windstorms. Repeated triggers stack the number of additional Giant Windstorm instances generated and refresh the duration of Afterecho. The DMG multiplier of the Giant Windstorm increases to 250% of its original value, and the Daze it inflicts increases by 20%.
