Aloy excels as Burst Support; getting 4 coil stacks for Cryo infusion from Skill is unreliable (0.1s per stack, scattered bomblets). Stacks can be gained off-field.
Works best on Freeze teams as battery (5 Cryo particles) and nuke, or on Reverse Melt teams to Melt her Burst for decent damage. She remains replaceable.
Weapon: Polar Star stacking not worth extra time. The Stringless (higher refinements) pulls ahead of Thundering Pulse on Reverse Melt. Prototype Crescent with weak point shot matches Skyward Harp. Sacrificial Bow for Cryo battery.
Artifacts: Blizzard Strayer (4) for Freeze provides high CRIT Rate. +80 EM set (2) only benefits Melt (Elemental Mastery useless on Freeze). Noblesse Oblige (4) ideal due to low Burst cooldown and energy needs.
Main stats: Elemental Mastery only for Reverse Melt; otherwise prioritize ATK%, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG.
